Acceptance of Terms

By using our photo sharing application, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fotopool.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. User Account

2.1. You may be required to create a user account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Content Sharing

3.1. By using the App, you may upload, share, or post content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating the App.

3.2. You are solely responsible for the content you share on the App, and you agree not to upload or share any content that violates our Content Guidelines or any applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

4.1. Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4.2. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity.

4.3. Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers and networks connected to the App.

4.4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users’ accounts.

4.5. Engage in any conduct that violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Use.
