  • You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

3. Event Hosts

  • Event hosts may invite participants, manage event albums, and moderate uploaded content.
  • Hosts are responsible for ensuring that their event complies with privacy and photo-sharing laws applicable to participants.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Access another user’s data without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service’s functionality.
  • Use Fotopool for commercial advertising without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding related to Fotopool are the property of Fotopool. You may not copy or use them without written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fotopool at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

7. Disclaimers

  • Fotopool is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for user-uploaded content or any damages resulting from unauthorized sharing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fotopool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
